Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you're entitled to a refund for a VNiDesk subscription. It's part of our Terms and Conditions — if anything here conflicts with the Terms, this policy controls for refund matters.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with VNiDesk, you can request a full refund within 14 days of:

  • your first paid subscription to VNiDesk, or
  • upgrading to a higher-priced plan.

To request a refund, email us at hello@vnidesk.app from the email address associated with your account, including your organization name and the date you subscribed or upgraded. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 5 business days.

2. After the 14-Day Window

Once the 14-day window has passed, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through a billing period. Your subscription remains active — and you keep full access — through the end of the period you already paid for; it simply won't renew.

3. Renewals

Automatic renewal charges (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) are not covered by the 14-day guarantee, since it applies only to a new subscription or an upgrade. If you don't want to be charged again, cancel before your renewal date — you can do this any time from your organization's billing settings.

4. Downgrades and Seat Changes

Downgrading your plan or reducing seats takes effect at your next billing cycle; we don't provide partial or prorated refunds for the time already paid at the higher tier. If you upgrade or add seats mid-cycle, the new 14-day window described in Section 1 applies to that upgrade.

5. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion — for example, in cases of a billing error on our part or a service outage that materially affected your ability to use VNiDesk. Contact us and we'll review it.

6. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge, via our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
